Q: HOW MUCH IS THE ANNUAL HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION DUES/PROPERTY OWNER ASSESSMENT FEE?
A: The annual fee is $792 or $396 every 6 months.
Homeowners Association dues are mandatory for all home owners. The fees are used for the maintenance and improvement of common grounds, swimming pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, and walking trails.
Failure to pay fees may result in a lien on the delinquent property and legal action to collect the past due amounts. While Northbay Homeowners Association prefers not to take these actions, they are required under the terms of the By-Laws.
Q: CAN ALL NORTHBAY RESIDENTS ACCESS THE CLUBHOUSE?
A: The Clubhouse is only available to Northbay residents who are renting it on a set date and time. For more information on how to set up a date to rent the Bayview Clubhouse contact Specialty Management at 601-605-8380.
Q: CAN ALL NORTHBAY RESIDENTS USE THE BOAT FACILITIES WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
A: Northbay residents can use the private boat launch as often as they choose. Northbay has both covered and uncovered storage areas for boats. These storage areas are based on a “first come, first serve” basis. There are 75 slots available. Covered slots are rented to residents at a charge of $35/month and uncovered slots are rented at a charge of $20/month. Q: IS THERE A SEPARATE MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED FOR NORTHBAY RESIDENTS TO BE ABLE TO USE THE SWIMMING POOL & TENNIS COURTS?
A: No. If you are a resident of Northbay and are current with all homeowners association fees, you can use both swimming pools and tennis courts as you please. For keys, contact Specialty Management at 601-605-8380.
Q: HOW MANY ENTRANCES ARE THERE TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
A: There are 2 Entrances:
SOUTH ENTRANCE - Via St. Augustine Drive, the Barnett Reservoir, and the BAY CLUB - tennis, pool, boat launch, clubhouse & landscaped Bay Park jogging and walking trail.
NORTH ENTRANCE - Via Hoy Road by the NORTHBAY COUNTRY CLUB - swimming and tennis.
